Signup on HPO as a manager. (Check the “I’m a medical center manager” option during signup)

You can use all of the features for up to 100 employees for three months.

We suggest you take this fantastic opportunity to form your organization and explain the system to the staff for free.

1- Signup/ login to HPO as a manager. (Check the “I’m a medical center manager” option during signup)

2- Enter the list of your staff and their specifications containing their emails. (You can enter them one by one or in bulk using an Excel sheet)

HPO will then send an email to each employee containing their account password and guide to do the tasks.

There are two ways to define managers: department manager, education manager, and branch manager. More info

1- Define their role in the Excel sheet during the defining staff step.

2- Click the “change role” option on the Dashboard/ Users page and adjust the already data.

Click the “Add as a trainer” option on the Dashboard/ Users page and adjust the already data.

You can relate the trainer to each session while defining the session.

All managers, including the medical center manager, education manager, department manager, branch manager, etc., can define the takes according to their access.

  1. Log in HPO 
  2. On the course menu on the sidebar, click create a new course
  3. Fill the fields.
  4. You can add sessions with different types and dates for that course and select its trainer.

  3. Fill the fields.
  4. You can define the checklists, study materials, practical classes, or combinations of them based on the competency type.

HPO system will inform them via email and notifications automatically.

Yes, you can design an exam for each task (Courses, Competencies, and By-laws) with different types of questions if you have selected the necessary options while creating the task.

Certification would be issued automatically if any employee passes a session, and the HPO system would send them a link to a printable certificate.

You can classify information in your organization account easily. Employees only have access to their own information unless they are the department, ward, education manager, or trainer. In this case, they will access the necessary data of their employees.

Emploees FAQ's

1- Login to https://healthqua.com/hpo using the username and password that HPO emailed you.

2- Check your demographic data on the dashboard/ my profile, and report any mistake data to your manager if you find it.

Yes, you can join as an individual to use Cornerstone education services. But the individual members can’t use the organizational features of HPO.

Sign up here to join as an individual.

Only the admin of your medical center can invite you by defining your specification on the system containing your email. HPO will email you your password.

1- Book and join the defined tasks on your dashboard containing courses, competencies, by-laws & policies.

2- Do the tasks using the website guides and receive accreditations and certifications automatically.

You can trace the status of your tasks live.

On your Profile Page, check your demographic data, specifically your department. Report it to your Education Manager if you find any mistakes.

Contact your organization manager if you have any questions about your tasks and educational issues. (The admin of your organization on the HPO system)
